Jack Blum Jack Blum is an attorney widely recognized for his specialization in the fields of international finance, tax havens, and money laundering. He is a former investigator for the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations as well as the Subcommittee on Narcotics, Terrorism, and International Operations. He has worked as a staffer for many prominent members of Congress, including Senator John Kerry. Lord Daniel Brennan QC Lord Daniel Brennan is a member of the House of Lords. He is a Deputy High Court Judge and Crown Court Recorder. His knowledge of international law earned him an appointment on the panel of consultants to the World Bank for Latin America and South and East Asia. Lord Brennan is also the current Bar representative on the Council of the International Bar Association. Francis Fukuyama Francis Fukuyama is the director of the International Development Program at Johns Hopkins University. Along with Charles Davidson, Mr. Fukuyama cofounded The American Interest. From 2001-2005, he was a member of the President’s Council on Bioethics, and is currently a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science. John G. Heimann John G. Heimann is Chairman of the Financial Stability Institute of the Council on Foreign Relations. From 1977-1981, Mr. Heimann served as the Comptroller of the Currency. He is a board member of the French-American Foundation and the American Ditchley Foundation. Mr. Heimann is an emeritus member of the Group of Thirty. Kenneth M. Jensen Kenneth M. Jensen is on the Executive Committee of the American Committees on Foreign Relations. He is a founding member of the United States Institute of Peace and a member of the Committee on the Present Danger and the Council of Foreign Relations. Eva Joly Eva Joly is a member of the European Parliament, and the Chairperson of the European Parliament’s Committee on Development (DEVE). Previously, she worked as a Special Advisor to the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad). In 1990, she served on the High Court of Paris as an investigating judge, specializing in financial affairs. From 2002-2005, she worked for the Norwegian Ministry of Justice. Ms. Joly is famed for combating financial corruption in France. David S. Landes David S. Landes is a professor emeritus of Economics at Harvard University. He is a retired professor of history at George Washington University, as well as the author of "The Wealth and Poverty of Nations: Why Some are So Rich and Some So Poor." Krishen Mehta Krishen Mehta worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for almost 30 years and retired in 2008. He has served as an advisor to Global Financial Integrity since 2009. He is also advisor to Aspen Institute's Business and Society Program, and is a member of the Asia Advisory Council of Human Rights Watch. Robert M. Morgenthau Robert M. Morgenthau, recipient of GFI's 2009 Award for Exemplary Leadership, served as the Manhattan district attorney for 35 years. In his tenure Mr. Morgenthau presided over numerous investigations into illicit banking and financial practices. As recently as January of 2009, his office uncovered a data-stripping practice by which Iranian banks were illegally shifting billions of dollars through American financial institutions in order to bypass international sanctions. Moisés Naím Moisés Naím is the Editor in chief of Foreign Policy magazine. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Mr. Naím served as Venezuela’s Minister of Trade and Industry, where he helped implement major economic reforms. He was a professor and dean at Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración. Mr. Naím is also currently the director of projects on economic reforms on Latin America at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is the Managing Director of the World Bank. She is the former Finance Minister and Foreign Minister of Nigeria. Ms. Okonjo-Iweala is a fellow at the Brookings Institution and is on the Board of Directors of the World Resources Institute. Thomas Pogge Thomas Pogge is a professor of Philosophy and International Affairs at Yale University. He is the Research Director at the Centre for the Study of Mind in Nature at the University of Oslo. Mr. Pogge serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs and is the author of "World Poverty and Human Rights." John C. Whitehead John C. Whitehead is the Chairman of the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation. He is the former Chairman of both Goldman, Sachs & Co and the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Whitehead served as the Deputy Secretary of State under President Reagan. He is currently an Honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution.
